The area dedicated to family law deals with issues related to couple crises (mediations, separations and divorces including through assisted negotiation), parental relationships (paternity acknowledgements, custody and maintenance of offspring, assisted procreation, foster care, adoptions including adoptions of adults) with specific expertise in issues of private international law and children’s rights.

Successions

We assist our Clients in the succession management of personal estates (drafting of wills, fedecommissum, legacies ..) and in the defense of their rights even in court.

Weak subjects

More and more families are confronting issues pertaining to the management of frail individuals, issues that we deal with competently and sensitively. Sector-specific knowledge enables us to provide in-depth legal assistance to our client in the areas of support administrations, guardianships curatorships. We boast significant contacts with mental health departments of major municipal hospitals, RSAs, recovery communities. We also deal with issues of international significance.

Immigration law

The Network assists clients and companies in all matters pertaining to Immigration law. In particular, thanks to the constant operational assistance in liaison with the Administrative and Public Security Authorities, the Network is able to assist citizens and companies in need of visas and entry permits to Italy for business, personal and family reasons. Relevant is the experience gained in the field of recognition of International Protection and assistance in the stage of recognition of the right of Citizenship.
